How long will my dog's appointment take?
It is best to allow three to four hours for the appointment. However, the average turnaround time is roughly two hours depending on the size of the dog and the busyness of the salon. ASAP or straight through grooms can be booked for an additional charge, but cannot be added on at check in.
What's all Included in the Groom/Bath?
The bath package includes nail trim, ear cleaning, shampoo and brushing.
A tidy up includes everything the bath offers along with trimming around face, feet, sani and legs.
A full groom includes everything from the bath package along with an all over body haircut.
Extras such as nail filing, anal glad expressions, teeth brushing & spray, shedless treatments, and more can be added for an additional charge.
What is your experience/What type of dogs do you take?
All dogs are welcome! Our manager has been grooming for eight years and has worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. We also have a student groomer who you can book with at a discounted price while in training!
