This will allow us to get to the appointments that need to be rescheduled and the 200+ other people that are currently on the waitlist. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Re-opening Announcement

`We are excited to announce that we are able to begin offering our boarding, daycare, and grooming services beginning May 5th, 2020. We will also be resuming our regular business hours. In order for us to be able to offer these services we must adhere to the guidelines set in place by Governor Walz for non-critical exempt businesses. This is in effect until further notice.

Per the guidelines set in place by Governor Walz, our company as a whole will be operating as a curbside-service only. This means that we will not be allowing customers to come into our building. Each service will have its own set of guidelines that will need to be followed to protect our staff and to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is important that customers are following these guidelines so that we are able to remain open. We will also have a detailed COVID-19 preparedness plan that will be available to all consumers upon request and will be posted to our website for reference.

We will try our absolute best to make this a smooth process for everyone. We ask that you are patient with us while we are adjusting to these policies. Expect longer hold times as we will be serving multiple people at one time.
